Moon Festival

Based on the 3 legends of the moon festival.
The tree represents tv man who followed a God to heaven and was punished to the moon to cut down a tree that could not be cut down.
The rabbit represents the story where a God came down from heaven and asked three animals to feed him. The tiger, monkey, and rabbit agreed but neither monkey and tiger could find food. As a result the rabbit agreed to sacrafice himself to allow everyone to eat him. Because of this selfless act the God decided to bring the rabbit to the moon.
The arrow and lanterns are from the main legend. Back in Asia there used to be nine suns and as a result it was too hot to work so a strong man came and shot down the suns with a bow and arrows. Because of his strength a God came down and gave him a potion that would turn him into a God however the man was in love so he took the potion and gave it to his wife to hide but an evil man saw him give it to his wife. The evil man confronted the wife and in order to protect the potion, she drank it her self and ascended to the moon.
